This board provides a simple USB<->dual-channel UART/FIFO interface using the FT2232D chip by FTDI Chip.
Just attach a few bus transceivers (voltage level converters) and you’ve got a (cheap!) Amontec JTAGKey-compatible device (which works with OpenOCD).
